Talent Manager, Employee Relations, HR Manager
Are you an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations expertise who enjoys helping leaders bring out the best in their teams?
Reassured is looking for a People Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hands‑on People Partner role with a strong focus on employee relations, providing practical support to managers across Head Office, the Remote Sales team and Advised Sales.
You will play an important part in shaping a positive employee experience, supporting performance and delivering people focused solutions that make a real impact.
What you will be doing- Providing expert employee relations advice across performance, conduct, wellbeing, absence and a wide range of cases.
- Coaching and supporting managers so they feel confident handling people matters independently.
- Partnering with leaders regularly to understand their people challenges and offer clear, practical and compliant solutions.
- Using HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions that improve key HR measures.
- Leading or supporting ER related processes including investigations, disciplinary meetings, grievances, return to work interviews, probation reviews and exit interviews.
- Supporting initiatives that improve wellbeing, engagement and the overall employee experience.
- Contributing to people projects such as restructures, salary reviews and retention activity.
- Working closely with wider HR teams to improve processes and ensure smooth delivery of all people services.
- Promoting strong leadership behaviours and acting as an ambassador for our culture and values.
- Strong employee relations experience with confidence in managing a wide variety of casework.
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced HR advisory or partnering role.
- Ability to interpret HR data and present insights clearly to support decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders.
- Skilled in coaching, problem solving and handling sensitive situations.
- Highly organised, detail focused and resilient.
- Confident using HR systems and maintaining accurate HR administration.
- Experience in financial services.
- Familiarity with People
HR.
