What you will doWe have a vacancy in our dynamic Human Resources team for an HR Administrator (Maternity Cover) – based at our offices in Chineham/Basingstoke working in a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office).
You will be working with the HR Operations Lead and HR Operations Manager on employee life cycle and HR admin tasks, facilitating a two‑way understanding of business‑wide activities. You will also:
- Be the primary point of contact for Onboarding, building strong and effective relationships with managers and new starters to deliver consistent, high‑quality advice and best practice guidance.
- Support the administration relating to new starters – including checking contracts, reference checking, ensuring that all necessary documentation is received and distributed in a timely fashion, flagging any concerns and non‑compliance.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a solid understanding of HR administrative tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
- Competent in MS Office Suite.
- Good team player and self‑motivated.
