Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking 2 Team Administrators to join our teams at Brambleys Drive, Basingstoke.
As a Team Administrator, you will support the effective running of the service and ensure a high‑quality experience for children, young people, and their families across our CAMHS and Early Help Services. Your responsibilities include providing essential administrative and clerical support to keep the service running smoothly. Both roles are permanent positions, 37.5 hours per week.
We also offer a band 2 permanent Receptionist position at Bramblys Drive, 30 hours per week. Applicants can indicate their interest in this role during the application process.
Main duties of the jobProvide a comprehensive range of administrative services to the team. Liaise with other departments and services, and respond effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, referrers, and other agencies. Consistently deliver a client‑focused service that promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.

Person Specification Qualifications- NVQ 3 in Business & Administration or evidence of equivalent practical experience
- Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above, or equivalent
- A good standard of typing, RSA 3, or equivalent experience
