Salary: £12.85 to £13.05 per hour (higher range for applicants with qualifications in health and social care)

The Senior Social Care Worker provides support and guidance to a team of social care workers, ensuring the highest level of care and leading by example. The role involves liaising with senior staff, reporting concerns, and expanding on your existing knowledge to make a positive difference in people's lives.

It supports up to nine men with varying ages and learning disabilities, including complex needs. A dedicated day‑activities building offers breed independence skills, IT, and art and crafts, and a sensory area.
