• Partner with senior stakeholders through regular performance reviews
• Champion strong financial controls and audit excellence
• Deliver clear, impactful financial analysis and commentary

• Oversee accounting across multiple international entities
• Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate audited financial statements
• Collaborate closely with Regional Finance Managers, R2R leadership, and Process Improvement teams

• Deliver timely variance analysis and push continuous improvement
• Support P&L reviews and own period-end close to deadline
• Ensure full compliance with financial policies and regional reporting standards

• Regional Finance & Group Accounting teams
• Finance Managers and varying finance teams
• Audit and reporting stakeholders across the business

• Must be fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Strong month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis experience
• Confidence as a go-to expert for technical accounting and problem-solving
• A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement
• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders without compromising quality
