Are you seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to NHS patients, carers, and staff, while benefiting from being part of an established and collaborative finance department? If you are looking to apply your financial expertise in support of the NHS, this role may be ideally suited to you.

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join the Finance Team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Management Accountant. The successful candidate will work within a small, supportive, and professional team as part of the wider finance function. The Finance Team is primarily based in Basingstoke and operates a hybrid working model. The team works collaboratively to support the Trust's strategic aims and is encouraged to take a proactive and innovative approach to continuously improving processes and ways of working.

The HHFT Finance Department is committed to developing its workforce and actively supports staff in studying toward CCAB or other recognised professional accountancy qualifications. The Trust offers financial support for course fees and provides study leave for those enrolled in the staff training programme.
