Management Accountant - Hybrid, Team Lead & Improvement

A global operating organization is seeking a qualified Management Accountant for a hybrid role in Basingstoke. In this position, you will take ownership of financial reporting activities and supervise team members while driving process improvements within the finance function. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong background in month-end close processes in complex environments.
