Financial Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group are supporting a growing organisation who are seeking a fixed term contractor to work for a period of 6 months in Basingstoke, Hampshire. You will be a qualified Accountant and have experience working for a large organisation.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Lead the production of consolidated budgets and monthly management reporting
• Develop clear, insightful reporting packs in collaboration with the Head of FP&A, highlighting performance, risks and opportunities
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the group general ledger and management information
• Drive improvements to reporting processes, systems and controls to enhance business insight

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with senior-level management reporting experience
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis within a large or complex organisation
• Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong systems, reporting and advanced Excel skills
