Overview

A Crypto Custodian is required to manage the Crypto Cell. Custodians are responsible for the safe custody, registration, mustering, amendment, issue, safe handling and disposal of the cryptographic assets held y are to provide advice on risks to information (confidentiality, integrity and availability) relating to the use of cryptographic assets.

Your transferable skills and experience
  • Day-to-day receipt, processing and dispatch of Crypto Material and associated devices
  • Liaison with projects regarding progress and issues
  • Liaison with DNS Security regarding issues and risks to the business in this area
  • Management and storage of Crypto on behalf of the business in accordance with CA directives
  • Management of the rollout of Keyfill to all live crypto assets on a 6 monthly basis
  • Handling reading on of project resources onto sensitive programmes within DNS
  • Management of Crypto Asset Management Config database
  • Management of destruction of all Crypto assets in a secure manner in accordance with CA guidelines
Experience
  • Operating as an alternate custodian within a government account
  • Completion of the CODES training package or a willingness to complete within 4 weeks

You must be willing and eligible to undergo a high level of security clearance.
