A growing clinical solutions company is seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst to join its team in Basingstoke. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and alignment of manufacturing finance metrics, driving cost improvement initiatives, and providing financial support to site leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, advanced Excel skills, and be studying for or qualified with CIMA.

This position offers a hybrid work model, with a minimum of three days a week required onsite.
