The role of Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for the following areas:

Lead, mentor and manage a team of manufacturing engineers
Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews and support professional development
Oversee design, development, testing and validation of electronic products
Provide technical guidance and decision-making support on complex engineering issues
Work closely with production, quality, supply chain and procurement teams
Support new product introduction from concept through to volume manufacture
Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Plan and manage workloads, timelines and resources
Develop and  maintain engineering standards, processes and documentation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

We will be excited to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following skills for this Engineering Team Leader role:

Proven experience in an engineering leadership or management role
Strong background in electronics manufacturing
Solid understanding of PCB design, electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and people-management capabilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
