We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to support and administer a predominantly on-premise infrastructure environment
. This role will suit a strong systems engineer or senior administrator with hands‑on experience across Windows platforms, storage, and backup technologies.
You will provide advanced support, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with internal technical teams and stakeholders to resolve escalated incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Support and administer Windows infrastructure environments
- Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows OS
- Work with monitoring and management tools (e.g. SCOM, SCCM)
- Support enterprise storage and backup platforms (Dell preferred; others considered)
- Perform backup and recovery activities (e.g. Avamar or similar technologies)
- Maintain and patch live and test environments
- Support PKI and certificate management (experience desirable; willingness to learn essential)
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to maintain secure, reliable systems
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rota
