Field Service Engineer (Water Treatment)

£40,000‑£42,000 plus overtime bonuses, 2 annual performance‑based bonuses, and a company van. Training through a company Academy and progression to a Senior Engineer.

We are a leading water hygiene and treatment company that works with the NHS and local authorities. We offer a strong progression pathway, extensive training, profit‑based bonuses as an EOT, and an excellent support network.

• Fault finding and servicing water treatment equipment, including valves, heat pumps, and tanks.
• Carry out general plumbing and heating tasks.
• Travel to client sites across a regional patch.
• Weekend on‑call duties (1 weekend in
  3), paid 1.5× on Saturday and 2× on Sunday.
• Participate in annual performance bonuses (personal and EOT).
• Follow a training path that leads to a Senior Engineer role.

• Field Service Engineer or equivalent.
• Background in Water Hygiene or Water Treatment.
• Full UK driving licence - happy to cover the regional patch.
