Service Engineer - Rental Equipment

Service Engineer – Water Industry

Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, is looking to recruit a Service Engineer to support the preparation, installation, maintenance and servicing of our rental dosing equipment within the water industry. This role involves nationwide field‑based work and requires flexibility with travel.

• Completing electrical and mechanical installation, servicing and maintenance work on rental dosing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment such as pumps, dosing rigs, panels and various other components.
• Attend breakdowns on‑site, diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Carry out decommissioning work on equipment when contracts have ended.
• Ensure all drawings, installation, calibration and test records are marked up and information passed onto project teams.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Maintain key relationships with Project Managers, Site Managers/Teams, Health and Safety Advisors, Support Services, Clients, Contractors and Subcontractors.

• Qualified and experienced in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical fault‑finding and testing.
• Understanding of industry regulations and standards.
• Water industry experience is highly advantageous, though other industries will also be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
