The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide targeted support for pupils with a variety of learning needs. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will help create a positive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and encouraged.
Key responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant include:
- Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of differentiated learning activities
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs
- Assisting in adapting classroom resources to meet individual learning requirements
- Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and independence
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support pupil progress
Requirements - SEN Teaching Assistant

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will:
