Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £37,300 - £40,000 (depending on qualifications) + company car + more!
Type:
Full Time, Permanent
Criteria (for all candidates):

Must hold solid occupational experience within Electronics.
Hold a relevant qualification within the Electronics sector at Level 3, or above.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

Assess and mentor learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications within Electronic Engineering.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Skills:

Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
