MAIN PURPOSE OF POST

* To support students with EHCPs and students with SEN support needs to access college successfully.

* To work with students in one to one settings as well as supporting groups. To support the English team to ensure quality support in English matched to learner need, learning style, focussed on learner autonomy and the development of study skills.
