• Salary: £22,908.23 pro rata from £30,822.00
• FTE: 0.743243 (37 hours per week, 33 weeks per year)
• Closing date for the role: 04/01/2026 (Extended due to Christmas break – candidates will be contacted in the new year)
• Interviews will be held on: 15/01/2026

• Support students with EHCPs and SEN support needs to access college successfully.
• Work with students in one-to-one settings and support groups.
• Collaborate with the English team to ensure quality support in English matched to learner need, learning style, focused on learner autonomy and the development of study skills.

• This role is employed by Basingstoke College of Technology Professional Services Limited – BPS is a subsidiary of BCoT.
