We provide a fresh start for learners who have been permanently excluded or are at risk of exclusion. Our nurturing environment supports up to 42 learners on-site, offers outreach services to mainstream schools, and provides home tuition for up to 20 learners unable to attend school for medical reasons.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate teaching assistant to help us deliver an engaging curriculum focused on Literacy, Numeracy, Life Skills, and Personal Development, alongside creative and physical activities tailored to individual strengths.
Your role will include:- Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
- Helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals
- Building positive relationships with young people and families
- Contributing to planning, assessment, and school improvement
