We are seeking an English Teacher (Second in Charge) to join our team at Everest Community Academy, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Teachers Main to Upper Pay Scale (National
- Hampshire) £32,916-£51,048 + TLR
- Condensed school year with two week half term in October

- Support Head of Department with the strategic overview of the department, including self‑evaluation and the improvement plan for the department
- In collaboration with Head of Department, monitor student progress and implement strategic intervention for the department
- Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
