Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools

At Quokka Education, we’re looking for confident, approachable Cover Supervisors to support students across our partner secondary schools in the Andover and surrounding areas.

You don’t need classroom experience - just the right attitude.

If you’re resilient, reliable, and genuinely care about young people, we’ll support you every step of the way.

New to schools? That’s okay.

We provide:

* Taster days so you can step into schools with confidence

What the role looks like:

* Supervising classes when teachers are absent

* Delivering pre-set lesson work (no planning or marking)

* Helping students stay focused and engaged

* Creating a calm, positive classroom environment

* Adapting confidently to different subjects and schools

We’re especially keen to hear from:

* Sports coaches

* Youth or support workers

* Graduates and aspiring teachers

* Musicians, actors, or performers

* Anyone with experience supporting young people and ready for a new challenge
