What You’ll Be Doing
Your purpose is to provide industry‑leading customer service by managing returns, delivery issues, and after‑sales enquiries accurately, professionally, and with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will:
- Investigate, advise on, and resolve after‑sales queries, specifically returns and delivery issues, acting as the primary contact for customers.
- Own, respond to, and ensure progression of all queries within agreed service levels.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and delegation of authority when handling delivery or return scenarios.
- Improve efficiencies in query handling, returns, and deliveries — helping minimise credit notes and reduce losses.
- Highlight root‑cause issues and support the business in addressing them.
- Promote the use of TD SYNNEX’s eBusiness customer service tools.
- Support teammates and contribute to shared goals with a strong team‑focused mindset.
- Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions.
- Provide additional support and carry out ad hoc duties as required.
What You’ll Bring

- Prior experience in business or customer service processes
- Proven success working in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Customer‑focused approach with excellent relationship‑building skills
- Clear, confident communication (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisation, time‑management, and prioritisation abilities
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
