Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting on behalf of a long standing business in the heart of Basingstoke who are seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their head office team.
Key duties of the role will include:
- Processing sales orders and dealing with sales order queries
- Handle repair and service enquiries
- Book and log customer visits with engineers
- Update and maintain customer account information
- Liaise with customers in regards to contract renewals and repeat orders
- Prior customer service experience
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Enjoys working within a team environment
- Competent IT knowledge
- Proactive and positive approach
