Regionally, they are delivering significant housing schemes - including a £90m, 300-home partnership in Guilford whilst having multiple projects to look forward to.

Work across traditional housing schemes (non-HRB) in Guildford and surrounding areas

• Manage design from Stage 3/4 through delivery
• Coordinate architects, structural engineers and M&E consultants
• Review technical information for buildability and compliance
• Drive pragmatic problem solving on live schemes
• Lead design meetings, manage RFIs and protect programme

4 days site / head office, 1 day WFH - You must be able to comfortably reach both Guildford and Basingstoke.

Assistant Design Manager stepping up or established Design Manager

• Technically strong - not overly process-driven
• Housing or traditional construction background
• Tier 2 backgrounds welcomed
• Ambitious and keen to grow within a structured Tier One environment
• Engineering background would be a real advantage but not essential

They are specifically looking for someone technically capable who can add depth - not just manage paperwork.
