Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a growing and very successful Regional Main Contractor who work across the North West, specialising in refurbishment and new build extension projects within the Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, working on contracts valued from £500k - £3/4m.

Warrington offices (permanent basis).

Senior Quantity Surveyor on Measured Term Contracts and using Schedule of Rates, working on projects within the Public Sector (Education, Healthcare) and some Commercial projects, particularly refurbishment and fit out projects.

• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
• Prepare and submit monthly applications for payment to the Client/Client's representative.
• Prepare monthly valuation reports.
• Submit invoices for certified value and ensure payments are received on time.
• Value and authorise payments to sub-contractors.
• Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the project schedule and ensure contractual obligations are met.
