Room Leader

We are looking for a Room Leader to join one of our busy nurseries in Basingstoke.

This is an opportunity to further your career within Early Years working with a friendly team and grow your capabilities across multiple rooms.

Drivers preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities
• Create a safe and stimulating environment where the children can learn and thrive
• Be a Key Peron - develop and care for a group of children on a 1:1 basis
• Lead the daily operations of the nursery
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and education
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff

About You:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above (essential)
• Previous experience in an advisory role is desired
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, and safeguarding
• Passionate about fostering the development of children
