Energy Analyst

This independent company provides extensive energy data management services, with intelligent analysis and reporting on energy trends for various organisations. They are now wishing to recruit an additional Energy Analyst to join their team. This is a full time permanent opportunity offering hybrid working from their offices in Basingstoke.

• Assigned accounts and specified responsibilities within those accounts, including the collection of data from the client, utility suppliers and data collectors received in various formats.
• Review the received data for completeness and accuracy – highlight any obvious errors or omissions and take steps to have these corrected.
• Produce accurate and complete performance reports to specified deadlines.
• Collate energy data together with billing data to ensure the results of the validation are available in the agreed report format.

• Highly experienced Data Analyst with proven Energy industry experience.
• Intermediate/advanced practitioner of the Microsoft Office software suite – specifically Excel.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, which is becoming increasingly important to the business.
• Aptitude for software use, particularly with invoice validation software and the company’s own building monitoring software platform.
