Business Development Manager – Drive Growth in a Service Led Industry
Are you a proven Business Development professional ready to take the next step in your career?
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in service led industries (rather than product sales) to help drive our client’s next phase of growth. The Role:

As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base through a mix of warm and cold leads, strategic networking and industry presence.

You will:

Proactively generate new business from both warm and cold leads
Attend and represent the business at exhibitions and industry events
Build and nurture long term client relationships
Identify opportunities within a service driven offering
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business

What We Are Looking For :

Proven experience in a service led sales environment (essential)
Strong background in business development or consultative sales
Confident in prospecting, lead generation and closing
Comfortable attending exhibitions and networking events
Highly organised, self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
