We have a great opportunity for an Operations Support Officer to join Customer Property Services Team at SNG on a Permanent Basis
Based from our office in Basingstoke, you'll combine a mix of home and office working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

The RoleThe role is responsible for providing operational support to the property services senior leaders and the overall operational function by collating information from locality and compliance teams, centrally coordinating key corporate reporting and compliance documentation. Ensure the teams remain on track with mandatory tasks relating to health & safety, finance, project and compliance, ensuring customers remain at the heart of our service.
- Responsible to deliver the right outcome for our customer in a safe and timely way
- Coordinate operational activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- As required by line manager, attend contract or key meetings and provide support through minutes
- Manage company details on supplier and accreditation portals to ensure currency / relevancy
- Coordinate, facilitate and ensure deadlines are met for tasks relating to health & safety, finance, projects and compliance
- Coordinate information from locality-based fleet champions for reporting to Fleet team
- Liaise with Communications team in the production of publicity material such as press releases, emails, electronic and hard copy brochures
- Support Regional and Operations Directors on tasks as and when required
- Coordinate and manage the property services contract management forum and register, ensuring escalation on contract expiry and flagged tasks are completed
- Experience of carrying out administrative tasks
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Good communications skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of using payment systems to process invoices/payments
- Knowledge of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel
