Vehicle Technician - Premium Main Dealer

Basingstoke | 4-Day Working Week

£32,282 - £50,678 basic + bonus

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, premium automotive main dealer in Basingstoke. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day working week, strong earning potential, and outstanding manufacturer training.

The client is open to NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Technicians, making this a great opportunity whether you're developing your career or already operating at a higher level.

The Role
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Completing job cards, service reports, and digital vehicle health checks
  • Carrying out video inspections to a high standard
  • Working collaboratively within a professional workshop environment
  • Maintaining excellent health & safety and housekeeping standards
  • Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology and training
What We're Looking For Essential
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Positive, motivated attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable
  • Main dealer experience
  • Manufacturer training (not essential)
