Vehicle Technician - Premium Main Dealer
Basingstoke | 4-Day Working Week
£32,282 - £50,678 basic + bonus
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, premium automotive main dealer in Basingstoke.
This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day working week, strong earning potential, and outstanding manufacturer training.
The client is open to NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Technicians, making this a great opportunity whether you're developing your career or already operating at a higher level.

Basic salary £32,282 - £50,678 (DOE) + bonus
4 days per week working pattern

The Role
Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Completing job cards, service reports, and digital vehicle health checks
Carrying out video inspections to a high standard
Working collaboratively within a professional workshop environment
Maintaining excellent health & safety and housekeeping standards
Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology and training
What We're Looking For
Essential
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Full UK driving licence
Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
Positive, motivated attitude and strong work ethic Desirable
Main dealer experience
Manufacturer training (not essential)
