Scheduling Coordinator - Basingstoke - Temporary 12 month role - £14.35 per hour - Office based Monday to Friday

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator (or Scheduling Administrator) to join a fun and friendly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and managing appointments for a busy team of surveyors, ensuring efficient use of their time and delivering an excellent experience for clients. This is a key operational role requiring strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Key Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator

Schedule and coordinate appointments for surveyors, considering travel time and appointment duration.
Maintain well‑structured calendars and optimise daily routes.
Communicate with clients and surveyors to confirm appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide clear, professional communication.
Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or unexpected situations.
Produce reports on appointment volumes, cancellations, and no-shows.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Skills and experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Confident using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
