We’re hiring at Merit Mortgages - Independent Mortgage Broker for another Part-Time Client Account Manager / Financial Administrator and looking for a reliable, organised and personable person to support our team and clients.
Remote role (must live near Basingstoke for training and occasional meetings).
- 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
- 4 hours per day, flexible within office hours
- £13,500 per year starting salary
- All equipment provided
- Potential to increase hours, pay and responsibilities over time
- Managing client administration and records
- Chasing information from lenders, solicitors and clients
- Supporting mortgage applications
- Managing enquiries, updates and diary bookings
- Answering and making calls to clients and professional contacts
- Is self‑motivated with excellent personal organisation
- Is reliable, detail‑focused and able to work independently
- Has strong communication and telephone skills
