We are looking for a capable, organised, and detail-focused
Operations & Audit Coordination Officer
to join our operations team at CORGI.
This role sits within our audit delivery function and plays an important part in ensuring appointments are coordinated effectively, auditors are supported in the field, and tenants and clients receive a professional, reliable service.
You will be part of a
wider operations team
, working within
clear processes, systems, and escalation routes
. While the role includes periods of reactive work, it is
not a lone or unsupported position
— structure, guidance, and teamwork are central to how we operate.
For the right person, this role offers a
strong foundation in operational delivery
and a clear pathway into senior coordination, contract support, or wider operations roles over time.
- Coordinating and scheduling quality control audit appointments across gas and electrical services
- Supporting auditors, clients, and internal teams to ensure appointments run smoothly
- Acting as a first point of contact for tenants and clients via phone and email
- Managing inbound queries, changes, and requests in an organised and professional way
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within CRM and scheduling systems
- Identifying issues early and escalating appropriately when required
- Supporting wider operational and administrative tasks as part of a collaborative team
You will be trusted to manage your workload, but never expected to manage everything alone.
Who This Role Is ForThis role is well suited to someone who:
- Enjoys working in
structured, process-driven environments - Takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and follow-through
- Is comfortable balancing planned work with reactive requests
- Likes being relied upon and values doing things properly
- Wants to
build strong operational experience
and progress over time
You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is
attention to detail, good judgement, and a willingness to learn quickly
.
- Coordinate and manage audit appointments, ensuring schedules are accurate and clearly communicated
- Liaise with auditors, clients, and tenants to confirm access and resolve scheduling queries
- Answer and manage calls on the main phone line in a calm, professional manner
- Respond to appointment requests and service enquiries in a timely and accurate way
- Maintain high-quality records and documentation across CRM and internal systems
- Support service delivery teams with coordination and administrative tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting recurring issues or process improvements
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
- Confidence handling phone calls and managing multiple priorities
- A calm, practical approach to problem-solving
- A positive, team-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Experience in operations, coordination, scheduling, administration, or customer service is helpful, but
attitude and aptitude are just as important as background
.
You will receive
structured onboarding and training
, including:
- Introduction to our services, clients, and audit programmes
- Training on our systems, processes, and ways of working
- Ongoing support from experienced colleagues as you build confidence in the role
We believe people perform best when expectations are clear and support is in place.
Why Join CORGI?- A structured role with
clear expectations and realistic workloads - A supportive, collaborative operations team
- Valuable experience within regulated audit and compliance services
- Genuine opportunities to grow into
senior coordination, contract support, or operations roles - A culture that values accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement
