Accounts Assistant

Location: Popley

CMA recruitment group are delighted to be assisting in recruiting for an exciting well-established manufacturing company in Basingstoke, Hampshire as an Accounts Assistant on a full-time temporary basis.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

Day to day inputting and processing of the Accounts Payable process
The occasional need of assisting with the Accounts Receivable needs of the business
Daily, Weekly and Monthly reconciliation of Bank Accounts/Credit Cards etc
Processing payment runs
Supplier liaison to include the management or existing and setting up new suppliers

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

Readily available within the next few weeks
Experience working within a similar business would be desirable
Experienced with the processing on Sage Line 50
Able to manage workload to high level of detail and accuracy
