Graduate Front End Developer

Location:

Basildon, UK Starting salary: £28,000

• Achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM subject.
• This role begins in early 2026 – please only apply if you have completed your degree or will finish your studies by then.
• Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
• Ability to be on site 4–5 days a week.
• A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

As a Graduate Front End Developer, you’ll focus on building user interfaces and improving how customers interact with digital products for a prestigious financial services client. You’ll collaborate with designers and back‑end teams to develop new features, refine existing ones and create smooth, accessible user journeys.

This role suits someone who enjoys design, problem solving and creating clear, easy‑to‑use digital experiences.

• A 2:1 undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Git/Git Hub is beneficial.
• Awareness of UI/UX concepts and front‑end best practices.
