• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver solutions
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies
• Manage technical risks and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Provide support for production environments with on-call support including weekends
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments

• 8+ years of experience
• Hands on experience with microservices
• Experience with transformation from monolithic to microservices
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
• Application profiling, debugging, and performance tuning
• Technical skills
  • Must Have: C#, .Net 6 or later, REST, Graph
    
    QL, Docker, Rabbit Mq, Postgres, Open Telemetry
  • Good To have:
    Mass Transit, Marten
    
    DB, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Frontend development
