Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our client's maintenance team, working across social housing properties in Basildon and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work — with a company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits package included.

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance on occupied and void social housing properties.
• Undertake basic multi-trade tasks such as carpentry, drainage, groundworks, and patch plastering when required.
• Use a handheld device (training provided) to receive and complete jobs efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Participate in an out-of-hours rota when required.

• Experienced Plumber or Plumbing Multi-Trader, ideally from a social housing or domestic maintenance background.
• Able to work independently and take pride in delivering top-quality repairs.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness.
• Knowledge of heating and hot water systems is advantageous.

• NVQ Level 2
• CSCS Card - Blue or working towards
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic, held for at least 12 months)

• £34,000 per year
