Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

An award-winning, industry-leading freight forwarder is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a B2B sales professional looking to develop their career within a highly respected logistics business.

This role is office-based with regular client-facing responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong commercial relationships and closing new business.

The Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities while managing and expanding an existing client base. You’ll work closely with internal operational teams to deliver tailored freight and logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

* Proactively identifying and developing new B2B sales opportunities

* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

* Attending client meetings and representing the business professionally

* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

* Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting

The Candidate

This role would suit a driven, commercially minded sales professional with experience selling B2B services.

Key requirements:

* 2–3 years’ B2B sales experience (services-based preferred)

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

* Target-driven with a proactive approach

* Confident in both office-based and client-facing environments

* Well organised with excellent time management skills

* Interest in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions (desirable)
