High Cost Area Supplement - Outer LondonThis post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,313 to a maximum of £5,436 p.a. pro rata for part time).
High Cost Area Supplement - FringeThis post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £1,192 to a maximum of £2,011 p.a. pro rata for part time).
Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
- Communicate effectively with a range of people, on the telephone, promptly and in a professional and courteous manner whilst recognising barriers to communication.
- Respond to enquiries, and take appropriate action on behalf of the service, either by telephone, or correspondence within agreed time limits.
- Ensure workload is managed and prioritised appropriately.
- Establish and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Knowledge of system one, excel, word.
- You will be expected to Triage high risk Lung cancer patients to ensure they meet the basic criteria.
- Work closely with the acute hospital.
- Send out invite letters, make and amend appointments, follow up DNA'S.
- Be able to follow processes and procedures as part of the National programme.
- Register and Discharge patients on the programme.
- Complete general administrative duties as per the National guidelines and local processes.
- Cancel CT requests.
