WF Tech is partnering with a well-established precision engineering company in Basildon to recruit an experienced CNC Turner Programmer with strong Mazak expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and reputable manufacturer producing high-quality, tight-tolerance components for a range of industries.

You will be responsible for:

• Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC turning machines
• Creating and modifying programs using Mazatrol
• Manufacturing precision components from engineering drawings
• Selecting tooling and optimizing machining processes
• Conducting first-off inspections and ensuring consistent quality
• Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams

• Proven CNC Turner / Programmer experience
• Strong working knowledge of Mazak lathes and Mazatrol controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
