Position Overview

Pinnacle Group seeks a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. The role is based at the Towngate Theatre in the centre of Basildon and focuses on ensuring a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors throughout the theatre, including the auditorium, cafe, lobby and backstage areas.

This is a part‑time early morning position working 6:00‑9:45 am, Monday to Friday. Overtime on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as after‑show cleans, will also be required.

• Cleaning of lobby areas and onsite cafe.
• Cleaning of the site offices.
• Cleaning meeting rooms.
• Checking lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.

• Strong cleaning experience.
• Must be able to get to central Basildon for a 6am start.
• Must be flexible and also able to commit to working Saturdays and Sundays.
