Location: North Benfleet

Job Overview

Community Registered Nurse - District Nursing - Castlepoint. UK driving licence and car access are required. We deliver care from 8am‑9pm seven days a week including weekends and bank holidays with a variety of shifts.

You must be a first–level registered nurse, hold a full valid UK driving licence and have access to a car.

Responsibilities

You will have daily responsibility for screening referrals and providing planned and unplanned care to patients within the community setting.

You will liaise closely with local GP’s and other members of the wider MDT as well as with patients and their families, therefore excellent communication and IT skills are essential.

You will undertake all the tasks and use competence data to support the delivery of care.

Qualifications

First level registered nurse, valid UK driving licence, access to car.

Additional professional references with business contact information covering the last three years of employment history are required.
