As part of a team of Activities Coordinators you will deliver a flexible support and activity service that meets the needs of our customers. The people you will be supporting have a range of support needs associated with learning disability, physical disabilities, communication and behaviours.
What does this involve?- Planning and delivering tailored group sessions
- Supporting customers to flourish in our day opportunities environment
- Removing barriers to support all participants to take part in sessions
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in supporting people
- Has a positive attitude
- Is a good communicator, patient, and has a passion for helping people to grow
- 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata for part timers)
