Responsibilities- Build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills.

- Provide a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
- Safeguard residents, recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, and take appropriate action.
- Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
- Valid NMC PIN number.
- Commitment to NMC standards of practice.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
- Ability to act as a practice supervisor and assessor.
