• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Valid NMC PIN number.
• Commitment to NMC standards of practice.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Ability to act as a practice supervisor and assessor.
