Our client, a well‑established and highly reputable organisation based in the Basildon area, is seeking a motivated and proactive Credit Controller to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a full‑time, ongoing temporay position.
Responsibilities- Sending statements and copy of invoices to clients on a monthly basis
- Log receipt of payents
- Checking internet banking daily
- Liaise with clients by telephone or email
- Ensure payments are made with in the terms of credit agreements.
- Logging all communications on the system
- Dealing with credit control enquires
- Taking messages
- Adding new clients to finance system Diamant & spreadsheets
- On site parking
Hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
The assignment is expected to continue on a ongoing, with the duration dependent on the client's operational requirements.
