This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a full‑time, ongoing temporay position.
Duties will include:
Sending statements and copy of invoices to clients on a monthly basis
Log receipt of payents
Checking internet banking daily
Liaise with clients by telephone or email
Ensure payments are made with in the terms of credit agreements.
Logging all communications on the system
Dealing with credit control enquires
Taking messages
Adding new clients to finance system Diamant & spreadsheets
On site parking.
Hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
The assignment is expected to continue on a ongoing, with the duration dependent on the client's operational requirements.
