Our client is a major service provider in London with over 50 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they are seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer to join their ever expanding District Heating Division. This division operates across London, managing a range of blue‑chip portfolios. The work is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works as well as reactive works from our call‑out service.

Working across a wide range of mechanical and electrical assets, the M&E Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and optimising building systems to ensure efficient operation.
Mechanical duties include AHUs, HIUs, pumps, inverters, cooling towers, adiabatic coolers, and pipework, requiring a solid working knowledge of all M&E and HVAC systems.

Electrical duties involve BMS monitoring, meter checks, fault finding.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Mechanical & Electrical engineering within the building services sector
• Hold continuing 18th edition
• Have Mechanical qualifications
