Are you a commercially savvy sales engineer with a strong technical background in BMS, controls, or HVAC? A leading smart building specialist is looking for a BMS & Smart Building Sales Engineer to drive new business, deliver bespoke technical solutions, and help clients futureproof their building systems.
In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle across FM, M&E, retail, and consultancy sectors—delivering tailored technical proposals, accurate BMS cost estimates, and on-site assessments.You’ll act as a trusted advisor on system design, performance, and integration, working closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery. Success requires proven BMS, HVAC, or smart building sales experience, strong knowledge of open protocols and energy-saving tech, and excellent communication skills.
