• Attend callouts for lift breakdowns under warranty – stairlifts
• Maintain lifts within warranty
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to ensure safety and functionality

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (Lift Engineering)
• Experienced with stairlifts
• A problem-solver who loves challenges and takes pride in their work
• A friendly communicator who enjoys interacting with customers
• Hold a valid driver's licence as travel is part of the job
